“Le Comari di Puglia” commits to supply the tourist guide service in the scheduled places and times according to the purchased individual destinations.
It is our duty to send the customer a confirmation e-mail indicating the guide’s name and mobile number together with an official fiscal receipt as a proof of the service sale.
The customer is kindly asked to insert the correct information during the booking. We are not responsible for any mistake the customer’s information may contain.
The customer can send us a cancellation request for the booking made at the latest 3 days prior to the date of the purchased excursion, by e-mail together with the online payment receipt. The amount paid will be reimbursed via bank transfer within 15 days from the confirmation.
In case the customer fails to show up at the agreed place and time, the service will be considered as provided.
In the event of a default on behalf of the tourist guides, the cost of the excursion will be fully reimbursed via bank transfer within 07 days from the confirmation.
